Request an Event Registration Form>>

You can request a form to be created for event registration by filling out the form above; if you have additional materials to be added to the form, such as artwork and event flyers, you can email them to Stephanie Stark at sstark@hadassah.org.

We will prepare the form for you, put it on your website in the "Archive/Hidden" folder and email you with the testing credit card information for you to test it, then reply to our email with your edits.

Once we have worked together to edit the form to your liking, you are responsible for emailing with the instruction to make the form live. This will disable the testing credit card and enable real credit cards to be used.

Log In Problems

Are you having trouble logging in?

  • First, make sure that you are using the correct user name. Most logins look something like this: chaptername.chapter. (i.e. westchester.chapter)
  • If you are sure your username is correct, and you are NOT the web administer. Please contact your web administer, it is possible that the password has been changed. For security reasons, Sphere prompts the users for a new password every 2-3 months.
  • If you are still experiencing problems, try resetting your password.
