How to Open an Account to Start a Chapter Page or Group

    Go to www.Facebook.com. On the home page, you will see a green button to "Sign Up." This button will take you to the "Sign Up for Facebook" page, where you will enter your information. After you enter your information click "Continue."

    After you click "Sign Up," they will ask you to verify a few words. Enter the words from the screen in the text box below it and click "Sign Up" again.

    Facebook will then send an email to the email account you entered. You will need to go to this account and open their email. The email will direct you to click on a link to verify that your real. After you complete this you can login to Facebook with your email address and chosen password. You can login by going to Facebook.com and entering your email and password at the top of the screen.

    Facebook also has the option for you to add all your friends from your email address book. This is an easy way to get a quick contact group. Once this is complete, you can edit your profile.

    At the top of your Facebook screen, you will see a profile link. Click that to make edits to your profile. You can also click on settings to edit other items.

    Enable National to share administrative rights on your page. First, contact Stephanie Stark, so she can "Like" your page, enabling you to share admin rights. Then, go to Settings> Page Roles> Add "facebook@hadassah.org" to the list of admins.

    Find us by searching "Hadassah" into the Facebook search bar, or by typing in "Facebook.com/Hadassah" into your address bar, or by clicking right here.
